The following services are traditionally the responsibility of the PM company, owner or owner
representative, but on certain projects, it can be effective for the construction firm to provide them as a
supplemental service. Services may include: competitive shopping for the best price of materials /
products through multiple vendors: coordination of materials and products you have purchased to be
incorporated in to the work: competitive bidding of multiple sub-contractors: coordination of
subcontractors work: track construction schedule and assist you to realize milestones and the final
deadline: and assist you in negotiations with third parties for remedial work for unsatisfactory products or
installation
